The jobholder plays a major role in coordinating the primary functions or activities of an administrative department or unit, or of a special program.

      General Job Duties

      • Familiar with supporting online applications, operation systems, Internet technologies, and solve issues from the technical aspect.
      • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
